1. Agreement
By accessing curtales.in or engaging Cur'Tales for products or services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services Offered
Cur'Tales provides custom-made curtains, blinds, upholstery, and soft furnishings, including home consultation, measurement, fabrication, and installation within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Final price may vary based on fabric selection, window dimensions, and installation complexity confirmed at measurement.
4. Orders & Payment
- A 50% advance is required to confirm an order. Balance is payable on delivery/installation.
- Payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or card at showroom.
- Custom fabric orders cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Standard delivery: 7–14 working days from confirmation of measurement and fabric.
- Installation included free of charge within Hyderabad city limits. Travel charges may apply outside city limits.
- Client must provide reasonable access to windows and workspace during installation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Defects must be reported within 7 days of installation. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
7. Warranty
- Stitching warranty: 12 months on all our stitching.
- Hardware warranty: As per the hardware manufacturer (typically 6–12 months).
- Warranty does not cover damage from improper cleaning, pets, children, exposure to sunlight beyond normal use, or force majeure.
8. Care & Cleaning
Specific care instructions accompany each fabric type. Improper washing may void warranty. We offer paid re-stitching and cleaning services on request.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on curtales.in (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Cur'Tales and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Cur'Tales' maximum liability for any claim arising from products or services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
